What's a 'decision' for billing purposes?
A single completed co-pilot run that produces a final output. Internal LLM calls + tool calls within one run are aggregated. Failed runs (e.g., tool timeouts) don't count.
What happens at the monthly limit?
Each plan has a usage ceiling. When you reach it, co-pilots pause and the workspace owner gets a notification — nothing runs up a surprise bill. Upgrade or wait for the monthly reset to continue.
Can we self-host?
On Enterprise yes — tacitrun ships as a container image with documented setup. Free/Pro/Team are SaaS. The control plane is multi-tenant; per-tenant compute (agent runtimes) deploys to dedicated Cloud Run services.
